Our elementary program focuses on building a lifelong love of movement. Classes are structured like an elevated PE experience, emphasizing running, jumping, throwing, climbing, and basic strength movements through games and playful challenges. Kids learn foundational movement patterns, body awareness, and coordination while being gently introduced to fitness language, simple equipment, and what it means to train safely. The goal is confidence, enjoyment, and a strong movement foundation.
